NORWALK, Conn., May 5, 2026 — There's a new reason to look forward to lunch at 200 Connecticut Avenue. The building has announced the arrival of Refinery Kitchen, a fresh café concept that will bring made-to-order food and a proper gathering spot to the heart of the property.

The café is the latest piece of an ownership-led effort to make the building a place where tenants want to spend their time, not just clock in and out.
